Mario West, nicknamed F-150 for his dynamic defensive skills, played in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks and the New Jersey Nets. He also played overseas for five years with six different teams including the Dominican Republic's Caneros del Este, where he helped win the league championship and garnered finals MVP honors.
